OVERVIEW

The 3MO NTX Transaxle Sequential Gearbox has been designed for Sports Car GT type racing in longitudinally mounted mid engine race cars.  The 6 Speed Transaxle Sequential Gearbox runs in class racing like the Revolution-A-One which are powered by Ford 3.7 litre V6 supercharged engines making 500hp in GT type race cars weighing 834kg / 1834 lb. 

The versatile gearbox has a wide range of gear 35 gear ratios and to ensure there’s a right ratio for every situation. This 3MO NTX Sequential Gearbox can handle 450 Nm / 330 lb-ft comfortably.

This Transaxle Gearbox uses a TFJ Self Locking Differential with a 4 + 4 disc system and a range of ramp angles to suit customer needs. There are 3 inspection ports to allow for easy checking of the Dog Rings without disassembly of the gearbox saving time.

NOTES

  • A minimum 0.7″ master cylinder can be installed on your original clutch pedal setup.
  • An adjustable clutch pedal stop is needed as the hydraulic release bearing does not have an output stop.
  • An oil cooler is recommended.  A 13 row cooler measuring 210 x 98 x 50mm with AN6 inlet / outlet fittings will work well.
  • Must use 85w140 Mineral lubricant.
